Is there a fee to cancel my order?
We’re happy to accommodate your order cancellation as long as your order has not yet shipped. Please note that a 3% transaction fee will be deducted from your total to cover processing costs. NO EXCEPTIONS

What items are NOT returnable?
We want you to be happy with your purchase. In order to keep our small business thriving we generally do not accept returns on any accessories, shoes, bags, jewelry, up cycled clothing and sale items. We do accept returns or exchanges on unworn regular priced clothing (unless specified). You can always call or text us with any questions or concerns.

WE ONLY RETURN/EXCHANGE REGUALR PRICED CLOTHING. ORIGINAL TAGS MUST BE ATTACHED OR THERE WILL BE A 10% FEE ON EACH ITEM RETURNED WITHOUT TAGS
14 Days Return Policy - EMAIL INFO@TRESTLESCLOTHINGCOMPANY.COM. Let us know what you are returning, we give you the go ahead AND an approval code, send the item back to us with your order number from your order email with the approval code and we will refund you in original form of payment when we receive your item back. Shipping is on you. We do not refund for shipping costs or send prepaid labels for returns.
14 Days Exchange Policy - EMAIL INFO@TRESTLESCLOTHINGCOMPANY.COM and let us know what you are exchanging for and we will hold the items and send out your exchange after we receive your items. Please send write your order number from your order email with the approval code we give you. We give you the go ahead, we send you a free return label. Once we receive our products we will send you your exchange or a virtual gift card. We do not refund for shipping costs.

How long will it take to receive my order?
We use USPS to ship most of our orders. It generally takes 3-7 business days to receive your items. It is beyond our control if the US Mail loses and delivers your order to the wrong address. Please call our store or use your tracking number if you don't receive your order. We are here to help 11-5 daily.

How do your clothes run?
We carry a vast variety of clothing manufacturers that offer varying size runs. If you are looking for oversized clothing, please check out Jaded Gypsy and POL Clothing. The majority of our other lines run in this size range: small (2-4), medium (6-8), large (8-10). Please refer to product descriptions or text/call our store if you have specific questions.
