Cancelled Orders -email us at info@trestlesclothingcompany.com If your order has not yet left our store, we’re happy to cancel it. Please note that a 3% credit card processing fee will be deducted from all canceled orders, as this is the fee charged to us by the credit card company.
14 Days Return Policy - email us at info@trestlesclothingcompany.com Let us know what you are returning, we give you the go ahead AND an approval code, send the item back to us and we will refund you in original form of payment. Shipping is on you. We do not refund for shipping costs or send prepaid labels for returns.
14 Days Exchange Policy - email us at info@trestlesclothingcompany.com and let us know what you are exchanging for and we will hold the items and send out your exchange after we receive your items. We give you the go ahead, we send you a free return label. Once we receive our products we will send you your exchange.

Holiday Return/Exchange Policy ends January 14th.
Non-returnable items: tagged non-returnable items such as Up Cycled clothing or Specialty Items, gift cards, intimate apparel, all or any accessories, jewelry, footwear, cowboy boots and SALE ITEMS or items marked 50% off for special sale events.
Note: Please make sure to keep a copy of your tracking number. Exchanges are accepted at the discretion of Trestles Clothing Company. If an item shows signs of wear, has altered tags, or is missing original tags, a 10% restocking fee may apply. Please email us within 14 days of receiving your item to request return approval.
- In order to keep our items at a low price, we do not offer prepaid return labels for returns. However we will send you a free return shipping label if you exchange your items.
- Be sure to keep your tracking number as soon as you ship your return. We will not be responsible if your package is lost in transit back to us.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and credit you in the original form of payment. This process can take 10 business days.
