How to Exchange:
Please contact us at (949) 606-4680 first before you mail your item for an exchange. We will gladly exchange regular priced, unused or unworn clothing with the original tags still attached within 14 days. We DO NOT pay for shipping for items you are exchanging or returning.
If the item you receive is defective, please contact us immediately and we will gladly replace your item!

Non-returnable items: tagged non-returnable items such as Up Cycled clothing or Specialty Items, gift cards, intimate apparel, masks, final few/sale items
Note: If you are shipping an item over $75, please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
- All Returnable items may be returned for STORE CREDIT ONLY
- All exchanges are accepted at the sole discretion of Trestles Clothing Company. Please E-mail us within 5 - Days of item receipt for a return approval. All returned items must be back at our warehouse within 14 - Business days of the customer receiving the order.
- In order to keep our items at a low price, we do not offer prepaid return labels and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- Be sure to provide the tracking number as soon as you ship your return. We will not be responsible if your package is lost in transit back to us.
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.
- If you are approved, then your store credit will be issued in a form of a code being e-mailed to your e-mail address on file. This process can take 5-7 days.
- To ensure that your return is valid and eligible for a store credit refund: Always process a return in accordance to our Return Procedure.
