14 Days Return Policy-text/call our store (949) 606-4680. Let us know what you are returning, we give you the go ahead, send the item back to us and we will refund you in original form of payment. Shipping is on you.

Holiday Return/Exchange Policy ends January 14th.
Non-returnable items: tagged non-returnable items such as Up Cycled clothing or Specialty Items, gift cards, intimate apparel, masks, all accessories, jewelry, footwear, cowboy boots and sale items.
Note: If you are shipping an item over $75, please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

In order to keep our items at a low price, we do not offer prepaid return labels for returns. However we will send you a free return shipping label if you exchange your items.
- Be sure to keep your tracking number as soon as you ship your return. We will not be responsible if your package is lost in transit back to us.
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and credit you in the original form of payment. This process can take 5-7 days.
- Once we receive your item to be exchanged, we will send you an email of your virtual gift card. This process can take 5-7 days.
